About the maker

Kallia Panopoulou (b. 1989 in Athens, Greece) is a ceramicist based in Athens, Greece. Her journey started in London where she read product design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. However, captivated by sculpture and the hand-building process, she embarked 5 years ago towards exploring the art of ceramics  and that’s when she knew that this is what she wanted to do. The combination of designing a product and creating it with clay fascinates her. Her latest work is mostly inspired by seabed’s natural elements and textures.
